[Resolved]  Sony Xperia — The paint on the back side of the body has worn off

The Phone looks old and worn off, as the paint on the back side has worn off, within 3 months of a very careful use. It is very disturbing, as it has been a very very expensive purchase and seems to be an utter waste of hard earned money.
I feel cheated as I had banked on the Brand name "Sony" while spending forty two thousand rupees on a phone.
Please acknowledge the receipt of this email and do let me know whether the Phone will be replaced within a week.In the meantime I have sought advice from my legal department as to whether we should approach the Consumer's Forum.
