Warranty period not considered

i purchased a W850i on 3rd April 2008. The mobile has suddenly gone blank yesterday and when we approached the service center, they say that the 1 year warranty has expired!! In what way is the 1 year warranty period calculated? As a lay man, we understand one year as 365 days and that leaves me with nearly 25 days of warranty still left......

Problem with service of sony ericsson service center

Hello, I have sony ericsson K530I mobile phone
It has some problem with its earphone thats why I submitted it to nearer
authorised service center at pune, Maharashtra, India on 21/01/2009
It is under WARRENTY period
But I didn't get any repply from them about handset till today after a month also, service is so late.

Sony ericsson service centre damaged my mobile

Hi,
There was only small Joystick problem with my mobile hence I showed this to service centr in warranty period. They tried to fix it for 2 months .Unfortunately they couldn't fix it plus they damaged my camera shutter and camra button.and joystick is choked now.I complained several times to sony eicsson call centre and though mails against those service centre.Sony ericsson didn't take any action.Unfortunately I was tired...

It was almost 2 months ago since I submitted my phone for repair at NCCC Mall, Davao City, Philippines (January 12, 2009) and until now (February 29, 2009), my phone was not repaired. The service center always told me that the request from singapore is still on the process. Is this how the Sony Ericsson take the steps in giving their customers "QUALITY" service?...

Sony Ericsson service center

I gave my phone P1l at Vashi service cernter (Trinity Solutions) on 17/02/2009 and when I was told that they have fixed my phone I went to collet the same without the logsheet. The guy at the counter he snached the phone from my hand and said now even if i bring the logsheet he will not return my cell and he can complaint whomever I wanted. That guy at service center was very rude.
I dont want to go to police for such a stupid thing.br...

Poor customer care

A new Z-series laptop purchased in October 2008 went blink end-Jan 2009. It was given to the Sony Collection center in Lajpat Nagar on 02 Feb. They diagnosed it as a hard disk problem and returned the laptop and hard disk separately for data recovery as they dont provide this service. A search around town revealed that no one knew how to recover data from this hard disk (a Toshiba SATA 320GB) due to non-availability of some "kit"....

Poor After Sale Service

I bought a mewly launched Sony Ericsson T700 mobile phone on 07.11.08 and it started malfuncioning within 20 - 25 days from the date of purchase. I went up to the service centre (CARIANO TELECOM, ROOP NAGAR, DELHI) and they diagnosed the handset and concluded that the Ringer was faulty and nedded to be replaced. Worst service at Sony Service Centre

Dear friends,

I would like to share my worst experience at Sony Erricsson at Malleswaram, next to ICICI ATM. They make each customer to wait for atleast 30-50 mnts for small query, no manners, they just keep talking to each other, cercastic reply. Working at their own mercy, no higherups to lodge a complaint.

Not accessing to the Network

I purchased a Sony Ericsson W 200i 5 months back - Today It says No Access to Network - I am not getting Incoming and not able to make Outgoing calls even though the signal is coming in strong from my Network provider.

Your authorized service centres - irresponsible uncommitted lots - they are veryk rude and they say that the motherboard has to be replaced which costs around 70 % of the phone cost.
