Sir / Madam, I would like to draw your kind attention towards my Mobile Model Sony Xperia E which is under Warranty. I have purchased this mobile handset on 23 March, 2013 whose IMEI number is [protected]. (i.e. Ticket No. [protected], Job No.[protected] From the very first date it has not been working properly and I always suffer while talking on the said mobile phone because of some technical problem in the phone. It has the problem of network. Initially, I was thinking that there is some problem in carrier not in the mobile phone, but my assumptions were wrong when I have inserted the same “Sim” in another mobile. The carrier was providing the normal services. To overcome this problem I have approached the dealer and he suggested me to contact Sony Customer Care. It may please be noted that I have submitted the said mobile phone three times for its repairing at Sony Service Station, Accel Frontline Ltd. Ellorapark, GF1, Saarthi Appartment, B/h. Balaji Hospital, Opp. Shree Astha Avenue, Ellora Park, Vadodara, but I have not noticed any improvement. In fact, it is functioning more badly than it was functioning before the services. I am highly annoyed by the services of Customer Care and have lost the patience. After long time they given new Handset to me after 35-40 days, but problem of network and Hanging continue. No response from Sony Customer Care, Service station or from their Regional Manager Mr. Alpesh Rabari. Pls. do needful in above case.
