I had brought a SONY XPERIA NEO L mobile on dec 25 and i had got complaint on by middle of january but i took it to service centre which is 40 km far from my house, the problem found was touch problem the mobile works automatically, and the servce centre provides a software upgrade and told that its ok.. when i reached home and used after few hours the complaints again comes... later i took it again to service centre and told the same complaint and also i got a battery issue. they told me that it will be the touch pannel problem their will be a short in the toch pannel and they replaced with a new pannel and they told the problem is solved and i took it to home and after one day the complaint again raised and shown the same complaint and the battery is been draining fastly... again i took it to service centre and complaint about the service and i reported to the toll free number and talked to senior they told it will be solved.... after one week i got the toch problems presently disappeared and the problem now is with camera it captures a faded image and the battery draining is fastly...... i dont know what to do with this i purchased it for rs16500 and i am not able to work with the mobile for long and a great time is with service centre.... kindly please help me to solve this issue....... and i also asked for an alternate device for temporary purpose they further denied at it and now they are saying that the parts are to arrive from sweden, so demand an alternate device till my mobile phone gets repaired, and would like to receive it at the earliest.the details of my phone are given below
