Sony Xperia Mobile — sony service center can not repair mobile within warranty period , ask them to replace handset. response very poor

Address:Udupi, Karnataka

hand set was given for repair, 2 to 3 times Sony service center done activity but mobile hand set was not repaired. We ask service center person if you are not able to rectify problem last 2 to 3 months ask company to replace handset. Even continuous follow up , we not not received our handset in o.k condition or replace with new one.
