I purchased xperia-U by Oct 2012, since the first week of purchase i face issues with my phone performance.
Issue: Phone hangs quite often, restarts on its own, speaker/earphone goes off during call, display looks cracked when it hangs.
I have given my phone for repair for about 8 times in which mother board was replaced twice but for absolutely no use.
They just do software update claiming it would fix up the issue otherwise. The worst part is everytime service centre people hold my phone atleast for 10 days, and couple of times they held it for more than 3 weeks.
So the customer care senior people said they would replace my phone if it does not work in their last repair.
But now they again asking me to bear another repair and no response from service centre even after 15 days by now.
Already 5 months of my warranty period is gone, it seems like after another 6 months they would end up saying that my phone would never be repaired or replaced as i lost my warranty.
Why a customer should spend all 5 months running behind a service centre for problematic phone? Was this information helpful? |
Sony — No Response
We are purchased the SONY Home Theater on 13/10/2010, Model No: DAVFZ900KW/CE12 (S-AIR) S.No: 6100301.Past 3 months Wireless Speaker Not working. We made the compliant to call centre[protected] three months back. After compliant next day the local service centre person called to us after that nobody came & not called to us till date. Meanwhile again we are made the same compliant to call centre[protected] last month. The Reference No: 5827975
From local service centre person called to us, they assured within day they will come and rectify the fault. Till day nobody turned to us. Is this correct!!!!!!.....
If customer support not giving properly!!!!!!!!!!!, how to sustain sale/prompt their product!!!!!!!!
Regarding this matter we are enquired the show room CHANDRA ELECTRONICS, AMBATTUR, CHENNAI where we are purchased this system, they are telling. Simply they will come……, when????.
They also response for sales & support!!!!!!!!!!.
Who will be to take the necessary action for this………!!!!!!
As per SONY maximum 4days for closing the compliant call. Now near about 4Months!!!!!@@@*****#####
