This reference with my all mails related to my phone "SONY ERICSSON XPERIA ARC-S PURE WHITE" E.M.I. No. - [protected] & Model No. - LT 18 I".









I am very very depressed & inconvinenced by your support. Iam really sorry to say that again & again & again for many times, The Co. had not provide any satisfactory suggestion & approva in this regards. In Between 11 Months of this phone I have already gone many times in service center for this phone's problem. Each & every time I was not satisfied with your service & answers But, So........................




Many time for may days your service center executives have my phone for checking point of view. But........... What ??????????????




Nothing improvement after changing my handset. This handset is regularly getting problem day by day since purchase & exchange date fyi same problem "HEATING".




THIS HANDSET HAS BEEN GONE IN SERVICE CENTER FOR 6 TIMES I.E. 6 JOB CARD HAS ALREADY MADE BY YOUR SERVICE CENTER BUT THAT PROBLEM IS STILL UNSOLVED.

MY CURRENT JOB CARD NO. [protected] . THE SERVICE CENTER IS M/S. SAI ELECTRONICS, NO.-5, N.I.T. , FARIDABAD-121001.




Now, This is my very painful COMPLAINT , You have to/Should be solve my problem OR RETURN MY MONEY BACK ASAP.
