I purchased my sony experian in april 2013. I have had to use the one year warranty 3 times due to various issues with this android. 2 weeks after purchase, the phone literally died. It would not charge. After picking up the (refurbished) phone they gave me, the phone was laggy, would not respond to the touch features such as messaging, phone call, also it would disconnect in the middle of a conversation. 2 weeks passed and the phone again went back and this time they sent the phone to be replaced with another (refurbished) phone. Again there was significant lag time. I was not able to get the phone to go from messaging to make a call or even my contact list. Just 2 days ago I returned the phone for the 3rd time and am awaiting another...REFURBISHED phone. I am disgusted with this phone. Sony...GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and when a customer has to return a phone 3x in 2 months the customer should have the choice to return the phone for another model. TOTALLY POOR PRODUCT
