Hi,
It is very disappointing that no actions are taken from your Sony's even after 20 days I submitted my Xperia S on the 7th day of purchase to Accel Front line Service center Kochi due to the heating problem (complaint id: [protected]). Me as a customer has now big concerns about Sony. This irresponsible behaviour from Sony makes me feel that I am supposed to use your faulty device around 28500/- paid from my pocket, which is quiet unacceptable. I purchased the device around before a month and got a chance to use the same only for 4-5 days.
I expect a responsible action from your end immediately. Making me to wait more is unfair. Please do the needful ASAP.
