I never expected such an unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour on part of sony
I got a sony xperia sola from flipkart. It wen smooth for 1 month and then the
Touch panel started giving problems. I gave it to the service center in Aundh(PUNE,India) and the
service center people replaced its motherboard and gave it back to me. The also
removed the scratch guard which was there on the phone. There were some scratches on the
phone but i settled for it.I got a new screen guard on it.
The phone again started showing same problems in 1 day.Then i re submitted the phone.
This time they took 20 days to give it back to me. Meanwhile i was assured by the
Repair heads that it will surely be replaced this time but contrarily they again repaired
the motherboard and sent it back. This time too the screen guard was gone.
Plus this time the screen was filled with scratches. I called them again but they are not ready to listen. They assure that they will call back but they never do.
I got the phone again from them but adding to my dissappointment for the 3rd time it again started to give problems. It shuts down automatically . All the applications hang by themselves and prompt me to force close. When i try to do factory reset it just unmounts the Internal storage and do nothing. I have restarted the phone like 100 times since morning. I call customer care they tell me to deposit the set again and now also they bluntly deny to give me replacement. When i ask them to transfer my call to their supervisor they deny that also. Their attitude is completely objectionable and disheartening. I cannot take this anymore please help me. I want this to end.

ME:- What is this.....Its 3 mnths since i got this phone ....I kept it only for 30 days......rest time it spent in repair center....if this keeps going on the warranty will also expire...what will i do then....why cant you replace the set why do keep torturing me like this.....I will lodge complaint
Executive:- Do whatever you want....We will not replace the set it will only be repaired doest matter how many times you submit and how much trouble it gives you.
I am so disappointed and so angry on this behaviour.
They are forcing me to take harsh behaviour against them which can range from posting it on my
personal website to filing a complaint in consumer court
Please Help me if you can. I want Replacement or Cash Back. i dont care if they give me 2-3000 less also.
