Dear Sir/Madam I has been purchased on 04 Dec 2008 and two months running well than aftger create softwear problems.i.e display white, display red lines & white lines, incoming call numbers not display. (a) Firstly I was goes to sony ericsson service centre at Sahid Nagar Bhubaneswar (Orissa) and briefing them that problems kept mobile 15 days than after return same problem. Not OK (b) Secondly I was goes to sony ericsson service centre at Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar (orissa) 20 days kept my mobile and return. Not OK. Was this information helpful? | |

Sony Ericsson — software of mobile not ok
i have purchased a sony erricsson w910i mobile before 13 days. but i found that some function of phone are not working also it works for sometime then again makes same problem.i have registerd a complaint to sony erricsson cre depot.that people told me to wait for one month, how i can bear this period.is it my fault that i purchase sony mobile
