hi i am from belgaum using w700i sony mobie fot the last 3 months it has got a problem that however i insert charger or head phone it automatically goes on swiched off. i give this set for reparing in authorised service centre of sony erecsson centre in belgaum the shop name is cosmic telecom they taken my handset for 5 days and after they told me the set is not repaired, another time told me the mother pad is gone then i tel them i wil pay for the the mother pad watever it has charged. but they replied mother pad has been stoped .. so this is your service (sony erecsson) then how we (customes) trust your hadsets they dont have perfect service centres .. only use and through.. and the belgaum service centre is one of the hopless centre in the city they not take proper care of customers goods (handsets)..and not respect the customers... take immediate action on them to improve your quality othevise we loose faith on sony ericsson and we wil be the customer of other mobile handsets...

Hi, I am Gangadhar from Bangalore, I have Sony erricsson handset SPIRO [protected] Cost Rs 4950/- on 09/03/2011.
This hand set had problem so given for service at authorised Servise Center, Service Point at Jayanagar 4th Block Bangalore, but the Hand set had a warranty and the Service centre officials are rejected the handset and told that we are helpless because of the mother board problem after Two days which was taken for Service.
If your Service Centres are doing like this how we can trust your Service & Compay.
I hope this mail help me to get my Hand set repaired from your end.

Dear sir,

My name is Shrikant Ratan. I use a mobile of your company which is in fact very good one, the model is Wi350 with a flip and when i got the flip broken i approached your customer care which is in Vidyanagar area and the lady there told me that it will take three months to procure from Chennai and will cost about Rs 400 and after 1 1/2 month i went there and asked for flip she told me Rs 500 for which i asked her to show the price list, she got annoyed and said that " if you are interested buy it otherwise no", I was shocked to hear from a lady who is supposed to convince the customer and take care of them. I say she is a mis fit in this profession. she said her is name is Archana S. I hope some will take her through what is customer service that too of an organisation like SE.

I HAVE DECIDED MYSELF, IN FUTURE I WILL NEITHER BUY ANY SONY ERICCSON PRODUCT NOR I WILL REFER SOME ONE TO.

SHE IS ONE BAD EXAMPLE OF HOW NOT TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS.
