I have purchased a sony television 29" kv-ar29m64, in the year 2004. I have purchased it only trusting the sony company and its promise of good quality. But now i feel sorry for this, as my television is not working. If a company like sony is not able to give good product, then why does it charges more making a false promise of giving quality product. i am giving this e-mail after a lot of feeling that i have been cheated by a big company like sony. i expect a quick and responsible reply from the company.
