I am K.Lakshmi kumar from Coimbatore. I bought a sony ericsson mobile( Model name: T700 Serial No:[protected] at Sonny Ericson – Experience store, door No.140, 100 Feet Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore – 641 012 Phone No:[protected] on[protected]. First I had a problem on[protected] in my mobile board, which was dedetected by the service centre [Sri Maruthi solution - Pelamudu – Coimbatore –641 004 personnel. The problem was rectified but recently I am experiencing another problem in my mobile on[protected] which was dedetected by the service centre - Asia Electronics - 312 D.B Road, R.S Puram – Coimbatore – 641 002. This time, the problem is with the display of the phone and rectified.
And again I am facing the same problem from yesterday suddenly my phone switched off. I am trying to switch on but it is not working.
The reason I purchased Sony Ericsson was only because of its quality assurance and promised durability. Now I am repeatedly getting technical problem with my current mobile. I am not ready to waste my time once again in giving my mobile to service centres. It has not even been six months, but still I am having problems with my mobile. Since the phone is under warranty period, I request you to provide me with a new mobile phone.
I am ready to provide you with the purchase and serviced details of the phone if you insist.
