[Resolved]  Spectramind Marketing — Disha- ICICI Bank

I won ICICI bank - Disha Contest and was sent a holiday voucher by Disha (A sister concern of ICICI bank). I sent the filled booking form (No. 104809) in the voucher to their marketing Company Spectramind Marketing Pvt Ltd. Three preferences mentioned were Goa 28th March, Munnar 18th April, Kodaikanal .

They had to send the confirmation of booking 15 days before the check in date. Till today (24th March – four days before first check-in) I haven’t got message/Confirmation from them. I called their customer care many times, but they don’t have a definite answer. Lady on the phone say confidently that the form is valid and in process, but doesn’t know whether it will be booked for Goa, Munnar or Kodaikanal. They don’t reply on the email.


I have been told by the people who also won this contest that spectramind doesn’t give/book the hotels mentioned in the voucher or Disha website instead book some cheap hotel even that when you are lucky otherwise most of the time they will refer your form invalid or wont reply or confirm anything.

I am worried that it’s a bogus scheme and I have wasted my money and time. If it all I get something, it will be a cheap hotel or I will be informed after the checkout date. I can’t believe that ICICI Bank is involved in something like this.
