Both LG and spectramind are biggest frauds. Tell your relatives and friends never to buy LG products.
The company is involved with cheap promotions and not fulfilling the promises given by them. they know poor indian customer will not go for legal options and cashing their hard-earned money. Some one shoul file a petition in supreme court against such promotional offers.

I have purchased the Television under the scheme of DTH service of 6 months subscribtion but tell date i m not received the DTH which i have send it to SPECTRAMIND MARKETING, alond with DD of 99 rupees with the purchase bill and the serial number carton. I have send this with the Reg Post . Plz take necessary action .

I bought a LG LCD TV Monitor on 02 Sep 09. The scheme on same was free DTH connection with 6 months subscription. I send all documents about its concern on 04 Sep 09. I didn't got any information from your end. I cant understood any problem from your side. Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo with Indian Customers

Dear Members,

I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)
