[Resolved] Spectramind Marketing — Fraud in Free Offer DTH connection with LG TV | |
Respected sir/mam i purchased 1 LG LCD 32LH20R TV set from Electronic paradise, shop no. 5, dda commercial complex, janakpuri, new delhi on 14 june 09 against Bill No . R011077 As per the offer, one DTH connection was to be provided free with the TV. On 6th July, I sent following documents to M/S Spectramind Marketing, Noida as per the terms set out: 1) A Draft of Rs 99 2) A coupon duly completed number 145982 3) Bar code sticker frm the TV box 4) One copy of Bill Please note that i have also confirmed by sms tracking that the documents have been received by spectramind marketing on july 07 2009 But there has been no response from the company ever since.I tried the costumer care no. of the company 30 to 40 times ( in the period of last one month).Most of the times the customer care does not connect. I got to talk to a customer care person. She said that she will checking up in the matter and will call back. She did not.I got to talk to another customer care person, who again said that we will call you up in the matter.But i got no call.It has been sheer mental harrasment.Intentions of the company are suspected and unprofessional mannersims are condemened.Kindly take some action in the matter or suggest some suitable action in the matter Kind regards Prateek Arora Was this information helpful? | |

SPECTRAMIND MARKETING HAS GOT LOTS OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST CHEATING CONSUMERS. SHOULD BE LEAGLLY DEALTWITH BY THE PARENT COMPANIES TIEING UP WITH THEM. We do not sign up a product for a unknown company like Spectramind but for the premium products like LG TV which sign up packages with Spectramind. So the companies should legally take up with SPectramind and put a freeze on all their operations in India Immediately as the mindset seems t be cheating consumers.
It is true that this company is nothing but a cheat... Even Bill companies like LG are falling prey to the foolish schemes of Spectramind..
It seems to me that Spectramind is cheating people. Even I haven't got cashback on my mobile purchase yet after 2+ months. I am thinking to file a complain in consumer court.
We should take these counterfeit companies to consumer court and jack them hard... As for LG, i guess they are spoiling their product image among consumers... I would think twice before referring LG to my friends or relatives!!!

I have purchased a Nokia 5800 from Mobilestore at Jayanagar. I have heard that Nokia reduced there prices and that why i went there. They gave me a box and i paid for the same. After reaching home i found that there was a slip inside saying "TV out feature Not Supported". I checked with Nokia customer care and they told me that the same is mentioned over the box also so that before purchasing itself customers can find that. On checking the box, i found that the sticker was removed (ripped off) so that customers won't notice it. Is this the right way to sell things by removing a notice from Nokia itslef and selling to us. Cheaters.

Both LG and spectramind are biggest frauds. Tell your relatives and friends never to buy LG products.
The company is involved with cheap promotions and not fulfilling the promises given by them. they know poor indian customer will not go for legal options and cashing their hard-earned money. Some one shoul file a petition in supreme court against such promotional offers.

I purchased a LG 26" LCD from M/s Nandilath Agencies, MG Road, Trichur, Kerala and was informed about the Free DTH offer. I sent the necessary documents alongwith a DD for Rs.99/- to M/s Spectramind on 5.9.09 but till now nothing heard from their side. On trying telephone contact only engage tone is being heard. I seriously beleive that all my above complaints must have faced challenges. However as a customer I have been treated very well by Spectramind in all my interactions with them.
Not only I have received a free DTH and a holiday package but also have received multiple calls from them to make sure that I got the products. A company or an individual cannot keep everyone happy and that is the reflection that I see here. And I am sure sooner or later Spectramind will fix it.

Hi, I bought a LG TV/Monitor on august. Along with that I have got a voucher stating that I would recieve a free DTH connection and free 6 months subcription with it. For that I have to send a DD favouing Spectramind Marketing, Nodia, which I did. Till now they had send me only the set top box and the subcription coupons. But they didnt provide me with the Dish antenna require to recieve the signals. Whenever I tried to contact them through their customer care number, I always found them busy. I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)
And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.
Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.
As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.
Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)
