[Resolved] Spectranet And Their Franchisee Optop Cables, Vasant Kunj — Faulty and interrupted Internet Service
I have paid for and taken a connection of "Unlimited Usage" (24x7) for the last two years now. earlier the fault was noticed or occurred only sometimes during the span of time.
But of late, the connection of internet exists only for a part of the hours of a day. sometimes the problem is far stretched and both ISP Provider and their franchisee (who is the immediate person for customer relations) blame one another with the result that the customer and the consumer has to suffer.
the internet connection is denied for several hours but money has to be paid after expiry of stipulated 30 days or else the connection is disconnected by OPTOP Cables, Vasant Kunj.
There is no respite from this in spite a number of telephone calls and personal visits.
