Spectranet — Bad Internet Service

I have been using spectranet broadband past 2 weeks and I wonder when is the server available.I always get the error could not connect to server.Maybe if i keep trying for 2 hours i get access for 10 minutes which is highly unbearable.
My user is pragyadipta_11.
I have paid for the entire month and with this service i hardly get to use internet 10 minutes a day that too with painful efforts of retrying.
Kindly assist.
