Spice — Mic & Speaker not working properly

I have purchased a Spice Mobile Handset Model No.M-5010(Dual GSM SIM) on 24.11.12 from your Spice Retail Shop, Swati sales Station road Sikar, Rajasthan, -332001 dt 24.11.12 Customer IDNo.21685 Model No. M-5010 Black-White for Rs.1150.00 and the IMIE No. [protected] , Charger No:666001.


After 30-40 days the Handset showing problems, it's mic and speaker not working proper , then I sent the mobile for repairing to your repairing hub Shri Shyam telecom near tapariya bagechi station road sikar-332001. They have delivered the handset on same day and told that all the problems detected.

Now, the handset showing the same problems, further the handset repaired after 5 or 6 days and showing the same problems. we also sent 5 or 6 times but we do not get solution So, I am requesting you to please advise for repalcing the handset.
