Dear Customer Care,

Mentioned mobile set was returned to me on 26 sep 2009 on confirmation that problem has been rectified.When I checked the status of handset ,I found Camera was not in operation,alongwith other observation like USB problem, Battery Backup Problem,Call Drop Problems,Low network problems were prevailing in handset.
When I revert back to mr Manoj at SPICE service centre at Spice Mall, Noida.He asked me to submit the handset as it is not possible to rectify it & will forward this handset to company for replacement. Mobile Handset was submitted at service centre via service job sheet Work Order Number SUP[protected] dt 29 sep 2009.I was asked to call on 10 oct 2009 to know the status for replacement.

Now, when I am contacting at service centre, I am being updated to be provide the same handset after repairing.

As I have already made clear about non acceptance of such a defective handset.

Request the concerned authority to revert back me as till this time on my previous mails, noone of SPICE Mobile has interacted me.Which reflects the company vision about his customer.

It is urgent & need to be conclude immediately as it is not reflecting a good impression about SPICE Mobiles group.

Dear SPICE Management,

I had gain a very bad experience by the SPICE D6666 Handset which was purchased on 02 sep 2009 & got a problem of battery exhuast within 4-5 hours & on 15th sep , 2009 - another problem of Handset couldnot get charged either by charger or USB data Cable.As of now , I have submitted the Handset, Charger & Data Cable to your Service Centre at SPICE Mall, Noida via Workorder Number SUP[protected] dt 19 sep 2009.
At service centre ,I remained standing & waiting for service centre response ,which they revert back AFTER ONE HOUR- it will take time. I discuss with them & aggreed to be back after 01 hour & when I reverted back after 04 hour - Answer of service person was - Follow after 3~4 days.Which makes the thing very painful. Has I did a crime to purchase a SPICE Mobile or why should I follow - Am I bagging ????
I have spent my hard earned money (Rs 7500/=) to purchase this mobile.It is not possible to mentally accept a situation in which a new brand equipment is getting under breakdown/ maintenance within 15 days of purchase.Is it a way to gain loyality of customer or simply feel cheated.I am also a MNC automobile company management cadre person - very well understand customer voice.

Will somone in SPICE management will revert back to me to make me convince about what was my fault to get the equipment getting under repaired within 15 days of purchase.Why should I accept the reapired handset ????

Last , Keeping myself metally prepared not to continue use of such a defaulted equipment further as it can give a more pain(increasing trend) in coming days ( as responding in 15 days). My mobile handset, Battery Charger , Data Cable are submitted at your service centre , Noida .

I am a user of communication equipment of Samsung & Nokia for last 10 years & never gain a ( face a service centre requirment) even for battery change.

Any solution with the company except repairing.( Hope to be respnded taking into factors of customer loyality).

i have this one, price - 6500/- it has problem of messages. when i tried to delete all sms from master, it has done it and now i am not able to send sms from any of the sim . when i type sms and try to send from any of the sim it says "Text message not Ready yet" ... fade up with this ... try all things


such a bad things //... please buy only good once like nokia .. i had 6500 slide
