[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — After Sales Service | |
Spice C -810 Mobile phone having Reliance Number 0 [protected], Mumbai I have Tried to contact the Customer service Many times regarding the conncetion of Mobile phone to Computer. First i called on [protected] the executive ave me main number for spice mobile i called on[protected], then he gave me 3 three nos i called [protected] he told this is no more spice centre. then i called[protected] then he gaved me 65297439, but from there also no response. then i caled the tird number [protected] it was switch off. I wanted to connect the phone to Computer and downlod the data from my phone. please help me in this problem Was this information helpful? | |

maine ek handset spice s-540 purchase kya ... in a month uska battery back up me problem aa gyi ... maine service centre par check karaya ... waha par unhone uski plate damage bata di ... jab ki mobile work kar rha tha ... aur phone ko out of warranty kar diya ... spice phone kabhi koi bhool ke b na le ... battery charges pay karne k baad b battery na tho service centre par ... aur na hi market me available hai
Spice Phones — Bad After Sale Customer Service
Hi All,I purchased a Spice phone (D-1100) for Rs. 14,000/-. It worked fine for first 5 months. After that it started creating issues such as, network problem , voice issue, slow proccessing ,etc. I went ahead a deposited handset to lajpat nagar hotspot service centre. After 6 months i have not yet recieved my phone .
I had purchased Spice mobile (D 88 Gold dual SIM) on 23/05/09 from Spice Retail Ltd. shop no. 21, Netaji Colony, Tobin road B.T.Road Kolkat-700036 under cover of Hot Spot Care pack.On 6th july, 09 booting problem was occurred. After submitted to service centre the phone was returned to me long after 45 days. Again on last week of Dec, 09 another problem happened. After getting full charge, the phone released the charge within one hour. A new battery was inserted but the problem was not solved. The phone was again submitted to service centre at 29, Vivekananda Road, Kolkata and after 10 days it was returned with a comment from Mr. Jugal Kishore, Centre in charge and Mr. Hiren that the problem was solved. But actually nothing was repaired and the phone released the charge within an hour without making any call. It is ridiculous as well as indignity to a company like Spice having so bad after sale service. It is also annoyance to a customer time and again to get information from service centre whether the phone was repaired or not and after long days received the without any repair. It appears that the insurance( care pack) is a modus operandi to collect extra money from customer.

SPice/ D88 N — Bad after sale service
I am having a SPice D88 N Cell Phone, I having technical problem in the same during warranty period and I approached the Local customer service centre thrice. Hence the problem is unsolved after chaging the softwere all the times. Now, They had sent the same to Delhi Centre for rectifcations and now they had given me 10 days time. But since then as on today 18 days had gone past and no revert is given from their side as I am frequently in touch with them and I am also unable to recive back my Phone set till date. I request to you to please look into the matter and help the needful ASAP.
