[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — Not Received My handset From Service centre ever after 40 days

i purchased a Handset of Spice mobile Model : D-88(Dual mode phone...GSM/CDMA) Purchased date: 23/11/2007 IMEI :[protected] after purchasing the set i had a problem with a keypad .The keypad was not working at all so i gave the handset for repair in Spice authorized service center in pune on 23/11/2008. Job sheet no: 7436 they have been telling me that my handset will be returned with in 15 working days but today around more than 40 days have passed but they still have not returned my handset. due to this i have to purchase another handset of nokia for time being since my handset was for repair.i even had to call the service center everyday. And still they are just delaying the dates of delivering the handset everyday i am mentally harassed..and frustrated because of the act of spice mobile. please ensure strict action against spice mobile. I HAD PURCHASED SPICE S 585 MOBILE, IS IN WARRENTY PERIOD, BUT IT WAS HAVING SOME PROBLEM . I HAD GIVEN IT TO SPICE SERVICE CENTER, AFTER 1 MONTH COMPANY HAS REPLACED IT BY OLD MOBILE INSTEAD OF MY NEW MOBILE. THIS IS NOT FARE.

I purchased Spice Mi410 handset from Spice (saholic) site. On receiving the handset I found that the phone restarts randomly and back button does not work properly. I upgraded OS from android v2.2 to v2.3 from official upgrade provided by Spice. Restart problem got solved but back button problem remained constant. I gave my handset for repair to Spice authorized center (Noble Services Pimpri Pune 18) on 03 Dec 2011 Till Date (19 Jan 2012) I have not received the handset back. Everytime I'm assured of new dates, but handset is not delivered. Anyone knows what needs to be done in such case? They are not giving handset nor the money.
