[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — handset problem

i purchased spice mobile (D 6666) from hot spot shop but after 15 days there is a technical problem start coming.i repaired it from spice service centre faridabad and they assured me that same problem will not repeat.but from the first day of reparing im facing the same problem.pls do the need ful ASAP.

I HAVE PURCHASE A SPICE MOBILE FROM AMBE MOBILE CENTRE JAISALMER BUT AFTER 6 OR 7 MONTHS I SUFFER A CALL PROBLEM (RECIVED CALL HOLD AUTOMATICALLY & NAME NOT DISPLAY ) INTO MY MOBILE AND FOR THAT I HAVE TOO MUCH TIME SHOW MY MOBILE AT SPICE SERVICE CENTER, ALL TIME THE PERSON TELL ME PUT YOUR PHONE HERE WE WILL BE CHEACKED AND REPAIR IT AND THAN GIVE BACK TO YOU, AFTER THE REPAIRING I FACE THE SAME PROBLEM BY 2ND DAY AGAIN I VISIT AGAIN SAME PROBLEM, AGAIN AND AGAIN I VISITED MORE THAN 5 TIMES AT SERVICE CENTER AFTER THE 3RD TIME I REQUEST THEM TO PLEASE IF ITS NOT CLEARED CHANGE ME THE MOBILE ( REPLACEMENT IN A WARRANTY PERIOD) BUT THEY REPLY WE CAN NOT DO THAT.SO I WANT TO REPLACED IT

i purchased spice mobile D 88n from hot spot shop bangalore but after 1 year there is a technical problem EMI no then GSM SIM was not working i go spice service center in bangalore then i give 100 rupess for updating GSM sim then he is started but same problem coming what i do .pls do the need ful ASAP.
i go hot spot gzb he told me give me 3 day i repaire how can give our pone for 3 day. but last time he rep only 30 min plz do something i need your help

Spice Mobile — responsibility of spice service centre and no calls attending

i have brought a spice phone nearly 5 month ago and now m my phone display is not running properly so i go to service centre they told me that u will come within 15 day . but i think it is approx 2 month and they again told me 1 week or 2 week always .
they dn't receiving my call . i am very worried about this problem . so pls help as soon as possible

irresposiblity of spice service centre and no calls attending
I have brought a spice phone nearly 1 year ago and now m my phone Keypad is not working properly so i go to service centre they told me that u will come within 15 day cost of Rs.300 . but i think it is approx 2 month and they again told me 1 week or 2 week & raise the amount Rs.500, 1000 & 4, 500 always
they dn't receiving my call . i am very worried about this problem . so pls help as soon as possible

It is for your information that I have purchased a Spice mobile Model. M-5454 IMEI.No.[protected] on 09.03.2011 (Bill No.507) amt.Rs.2600/- form M/s..Arun Communication, Dharuhera (Distt.Rewari) .Haryana

But it is regret to inform you that by the next month (April) the key pad was not working. It was reported and rectified by your authorized customer care center at Rewari. The record is available with them.

It is also to inform you the key pads are again not working. Due to this I am facing lot of problem in attending and making calls from this phone. So there is no use of carrying this Spice phone. I lost faith in your company. I am the esteemed customer of your company as I was using your company phone earlier also.

So it is your prime responsibility to satisfy your proud customer by changing my phone (Defective phone ) I brought recently on the faith of the company.

So I request again to change my phone immediately to solve my problem.

Hi

My name is Ajay kumar & I purchased a Spice Mobile (Mi-415) on 16th of July 2012 in Delhi from Spice Hot Spot, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110 008.
Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been very disappointing. I give below the details of my experiences with the product:

MODEL No- Mi-415

1) When I purchased the handset it covered with temporary plastic protector screen (which was coated by the company) & noticed one big mark on screen, the store keeper conveyance me to buy it with statement "don't worry the mark is only on plastic sheet not on phone screen & when u remove the plastic it has gone", but when I removed the plastic sheet the mark was still there & it looks really weird on new handset.

2) The other problem with this phone is handset mike, whenever l used this handset for talking got so many negative feedbacks from my friends/relatives & its really big draw back for any of company.

3) One more challenge with this phone is connectivity, that am always struggling with handset for network connectivity. Its Dual sim phone & I used Vodafone & Reliance both of the networks but always received very low or some times no network. when the other handsets with same numbers gotta full networks with no disturbance

After so many follow up with Hot Spot Patel nagar store I finally had discussion with your Store keeper Mr.Balvinder & he sent my handset for repairing to service center, but after one week am not receiving any positive response from spice center or store.

I am also really surprised to see so many complaints against the same Spice handset in consumer forum website, its really terrible experience with spice.


You would notice that ever since I bought this phone, I have been having problems and have had to invest in an alternate phone for standby purposes so I would request you to immediately replace my phone with a new handset or repair the previous one.

I have undergone a lot of stress and agony because of this malfunction from time to time.
