[Resolved] Spice Retail Ltd. — replacement of phone | |||
Date- 04 apr 2010 Sir/Madam, On 28 march 2010 , I bought a Nokia 2700-c from B1/147 New Kondli, New Delhi-110096. I am disappointed because when the mobile(Nokia 2700-c) was purchased from your retail store ,the next day it was not working properly(the radio was not working at all). I went to the retail store(with in 24 hours) as it was provided to me that the phone will be exchanged from the store itself if any problem persist in the mobile within 24 hours. But the response of the store members after the problem arrived was totally different.the way of talking was even worst.Therefore this product is not satisfactory as laid by the law. To resolve the problem I require you to replace my handset and take a strict action against the store, so that they in future does not repeat to any other customer, whilst reserving my right to claim against you. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. i will wait till 15 april 2010 before seeking help from consumer groups. Iam facing problems in this mobile, I want replacement of this mobile immediately

Sir,This is inform to i(my cousine) bought a phone of Sony Ericsson from Spiice Retail Ltd,41,Ambedkar Road,near punjab national bank ,Ghaziabad,U.P(201001) Tel no.[protected]
I faced a problem in mobile accessories so i went to hot spot show room n he said that i can't have the responsibility of the phone accessories.Phone is under gurrantee and he speak very roudly and he don't have any kind of customer handling skills.I don't know the name of the voluntaries of hot-spot show room.Please look into the matter.

Spice Retail Ltd. — Lack of Service and Unavailability of Accessories
Hi,I brought spice mobile handset no. M9000 (POPCORN) Since last 3 months and i am facing lots of problem with that like there is no availiblity of charger even problem found during incoming call that you can not receice or cut the call. Even i gave it to service center from last 25days today only i got collected but still problem is there and now i am completely fed up and i dont have any choices to do kindly help me or advice me what to do next.
