DEAR ALL, MY BROTHER SENT ONE COURIER FROM THRISSUR TO CHENNAI ON 7TH OCT 2010 THRO ST COURIER(AWB NO.[protected]. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THEY ASSURED THAT THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED ON 8TH OCT OR 9TH OCT AND THEY WILL CHARGE AROUND RS.250/-. T'DAY IS 12TH OCT 2010, STILL THE GOODS ARE NOT YET DELIVERED. I PHONED SOMANY TIMES AND TALKING WITH SO MANY PEOPLES IN ST COURIER BUT NOBODY GIVE PROPER RESPONSE. I AM WORKING IN A EXPORT COMPANY AND I AM DEALING WITH VARIOUS COURIER PEOPLES FOR THE PAST EIGHT YEARS. BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST SERVICE. I SUGGEST PLEASE DO NOT USE ST COURIER. please dont directly blame the company go refer the other courier services they wont respond you even if you call to customer care day peak time for them how govt rovide iso, limited certification, ihave sent courriers through all couriers services but non other service i coud find like ST bcoz .st courier Respond me me in Mid Nite at around 11:45 PM on sunday, & promise to delever in early hrs or want me to collect @ there office with id proof if i may need it early

Status: Lying in Multiple Location. As per Usilampattu ST office, lying in Madurai. As per MDU office, lying in Salem. As per Salem, lying in Usilampatti.
I have sent a parcel thru ST Courier, Hosur on[protected] to M. Kalluppatti. While booking, they have told that the parcel will reach next day. But till now, it is not reached and the people who are working in ST courier itself dont know where the parcel is exactly lying.
As of now, I have no clue whether it will reach destination or they will return back. It is hurting.

i have sent a parcel from (ST COURIER) madurai jaihindpuram branch. to madurai local area (alagarkovil). at date: 4.11.14. Still now (11.11.14) that has not delivery on particular place which is TO address. We are facing lot of problem because of courier has not reached that place.
if i contacted that branch (jaihindpuram) simply they said that we will forward your query to head office (madurai), but after a time there is no reply from them. Even i tried to contact to madurai head office number ([protected]) no one has not taken the call. I really disappointed by this type of poor service.

courier no:[protected] is not yet received which has been dispatched from chennai 10 days back.please do the delivery at the respective place as early as possible.
Till now not delivery my Booking Courier

ST courier delivery issues
I had a very bad experience today. My AWB no is [protected]. It was marked as out for delivery around 3.30 pm and when I checked around 7pm they said they will definitely deliver before end of the day. No attempt to deliver and no phone calls were made by delivery executive on delivery side. At 8:15 they have marked as un delivered and did not attend even one phone call after that. It is highly important courier and need to reach atleast by tomorrow morning. No proper customer care contact number also. Feeling helpless.

It was marked as out for delivery today from morning and around 4.30 pm, when I called the number [protected], the person responded stating it will be delivered tomorrow.When i asked him again as it says out for delivery, they will keep the out for delivery status for 3 days and the courier will be delivered within those 3 days.Is this the process you guys follow? The person also said if you need it before you can come & get it straight in an arrogant voice.If that is the case why the hell we are using the courier service.Even though its not far, Product was dispatched from kanchipuram on Tuesday and today is Thursday and its not yet delivered to kundrathur.It is highly needed courier and need to reach atleast by tomorrow morning. No proper customer care & LL number was not working for ST courier to escalate.Worst ever courier person i intereacted till now.

I sent the courier(Order No:[protected]dated on 11th-Aug-2010 to Bangalore from Arni (Tiruvannamali Dist) ST courier.Still it is not delivered to the concerned person.
There is no proper response from Arni's ST courier working persons.Even i enquired in bangalore ST courier office, they said they didn't receive it yet.
Please take the corrective action regarding this issue ASAP.
