[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — regarding credit card | |
Dear Concerned, Please note that i was a holder of credit card number-[protected] with expiry in the month of august 2007.I had been receiving calls from various individuals who said that there was a pending amount of Rs 3000 odd on my credit card.This amount has been deposited by me on the 8th of september (i also have the deposit slip which can be shown by me if required).I would request the bank to issue me a NOC if all arrears are clear from my side or let me know the amount due from my side.I have had a good track record of payments with the bank and it seems on account of this misunderstanding ,my record is showing a negative in the CIBIL when i apply for any loans.I request help from the bank in this. I am Ashish Mehlawat, Chartered Accountant (CA) by profession, i went to lifestyle at pacific mall subhash nagar in january 2014 where executive of standard chartered credit card had asked me to apply for credit card and accordingly i had submitted all requisite documents in this regard. but till date i have not yet received any detail about the status of my request for credit card.
I called at pacific mall and they gave me number of the person who handles credit card there, i had called him so many times but not yet received any positive reply from him.
I am concerned whether my documents are in safe hands,
Kindly get back to me with fruitful reply

please note that I was credit card holder No.[protected]. Now I have already settled your account by paying full & finalsettlement amount, vide 1.cheque No.207209 dt.30/4/02 for Rs.5666.00 & 2. cheque No.207210 dt.15.05.02 for Rs.11333 of Bank of India. Also Received your settle ment letter No.JE VA/APR/21 Dt.30/04/02. Now I would request the bank to issue me NOC as all arrears are clear from my side I have good track record with my Bank i.e Bank of India it seems that on account of this misunderstanding my record was showing negtive in the CIBIL WHEN I had applied for my gold card from our bank, so know I request for help in this matter to kindly delete my Name from CIBIL & also issue me NOC.
