I am very unhappy with PHONEBANKING SERVICES of "standard chartered bank gold credit card". Actually I have lost my card on 24/11/07 and then tried so hard to reach the phone banking to block my card and finally when on 26/11/07 anyhow I contacted the phone banking they told me that there have been three transactions of retail on 24/11/07 worth Rs. 38000 approx. They were not able to tell me that where these transaction has been made and on this ground as per them even I cannot raise the Complain or dispute. Finally on 27/11/07 again after struggling for 2 hours they told me that one transaction of Rs. 24769 has been made in Reebok, Delhi but they were not able to share the store name with me. Also they disclosed that one transaction of Rs. 10000 and one for Rs. 4096 has been made..... but Where? No answer. Then they sent me the dispute form and told me to fax it back but only for the Reebok transaction. I faxed it back. Again on 28/11/07 I called they told me that your request for dispute has been forwarded, but when today on 29/11/07 I called them to know the status they are telling me that they have not received the fax but most strange thing is that I have the delivery receipt with me... secondly Today they are saying that there were only one transaction of Rs. 14096,and the most strange thing is after 6 and half day of transaction they are not able to tell me the name of the merchant. They are very irrisponsble..... I have not recieved a single call from them after my so many calls!!!!!!!!!!! Was this information helpful? | |

Standard Chartered Bank Collection Agents are troubling me by calling me constantly on my mobile and troubling me 61369538 some female is calling from 3-00 PM To 7-30 and using abusive laungage.Please Help Me
I always receive the card statement after date due is passed. this time only sms is recd few days back. to date e-statement has not been sent for my platinum reward credit card nor by post to see details. my credit card no. is ending with 6300 b m gupta

On 9 Sept 2011, I received a message from your bank regarding a charge of Rs 5819, I immediately called the customer service to inform that the charge was not authorized by me.The charge was cancelled by Ms.Yamuna (Rep)and she told to make a payment of Rs. 66 as the min payment, which I paid it by due date. But the next statement i received, had late fees of Rs.350 n my new balance shot up to Rs.2867.39. I want to know how the balance of Rs.2867.39 has been arrive yet, when my should have been nil. Due to this I m not using my card for retail purchases... So kindly correct the anomaly and issue a fresh nil statement inorder to use the card. Please reply on my mail id . [protected]@yahoo.com

I made a settlement in May/June 2008 and I got a letter from Standard Chartered Letter No. HYR[protected] dtd.[protected] as per your letter my Oustanding was INR. 32612.12 and I paid INR 7400/- against settlement. As per CIBIL report it is showing 27368/- I want to Know that from where the INR 32612.12 was showing outstanding in my A/c. And why I had made settlement?
