[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — SCB Credit Cards.... No support, No transparency... Most irresponsible Customer care Team

I am very unhappy with PHONEBANKING SERVICES of "standard chartered bank gold credit card". Actually I have lost my card on 24/11/07 and then tried so hard to reach the phone banking to block my card and finally when on 26/11/07 anyhow I contacted the phone banking they told me that there have been three transactions of retail on 24/11/07 worth Rs. 38000 approx. They were not able to tell me that where these transaction has been made and on this ground as per them even I cannot raise the Complain or dispute.
Finally on 27/11/07 again after struggling for 2 hours they told me that one transaction of Rs. 24769 has been made in Reebok, Delhi but they were not able to share the store name with me. Also they disclosed that one transaction of Rs. 10000 and one for Rs. 4096 has been made..... but Where? No answer.
Then they sent me the dispute form and told me to fax it back but only for the Reebok transaction. I faxed it back. Again on 28/11/07 I called they told me that your request for dispute has been forwarded, but when today on 29/11/07 I called them to know the status they are telling me that they have not received the fax but most strange thing is that I have the delivery receipt with me... secondly Today they are saying that there were only one transaction of Rs. 14096,and the most strange thing is after 6 and half day of transaction they are not able to tell me the name of the merchant. They are very irrisponsble..... I have not recieved a single call from them after my so many calls!!!!!!!!!!!

i am applied for Standard chartered credit card. It also got approved and dispatched.. i am not received any call to my no, But one day my dad received the call from Blue dart courier regarding card deliver he dont understand english or Hindi so he not aware what they said, but he noted the no and he informed to me. I was made a call to that person he said card was need to delivered i said that need to dispatch my office address, he said we will dispatch to u on mentioned address but still now i am not received, dont have any reference no so not able to track send mail to standard chartered bank also, but no response. Suspeting some one given other no and got the card with my proofs.. So dont wat to do in this case if bill arrived ?

Status of my credit card process - Credit Card

I have been called by one of your executives one month back to apply credit card.A person name mirza came and collected the documents at my office a one month back.Phone verification also got over.But so far no application number has been send to my mobile.i dont know the status please contact and clarify my no [protected]

Kindly refer standard chartered credit card statement no.000426 CC B06 dated 18.06.2014 wherein I have to pay Rs.1025.22 towards transaction No.AMAZONS SVCS BANGLORE UNDER transaction reference 74332744.
we have made a payment vide cheque no.067066 dt.26.05.2014 issued by Syndicate Bank, station Road Kalyan-421304.The above said cheque is dropped in drop Box of Standard chartered bank Fort Branch, Mumbai.400001.
I have received message on 22.07.2014 that payment is overdue on my credit card ending 7327 for Rs.1429.09.However i have issued another cheque No.067065 dt.22.07.2014 and same is deposited to standard chartered bank Hutatma Chowk Fort Mumbai -400 001. It is not my fault that cheque No.067062 dt.26.05.2014 is not traceable in your branch office.
In view of the above Kindly reverse the late payment charges and credit the same amount in my acccount.

my cc no is[protected] i have ask 2 months before to close my card even after that i m receiving the charges for it . Few days before also i talk to customer care & ask them to close my cc 7 they said that it has been closed but i again receive statement with a amount of 339 to pay . i didnt use the card from last 2 months . pls check this as soon as possible.

Hello Sir this is KUMARAVELU, it is great astonishment to note that NO REPLY is send to my mail [protected]@gmail.com in connection with my previous letters, what has happened to my change of phone no to [protected] with reference to my credit card no [protected] if no action been taken in this regard i will have to deactivate my credit card ...please reply immediately through phone or email.

Standard Chartered Bank credit card dues cleared, but CIBIL updated as writeup

Hi I have paid standard charted dues, I have received no dues certificate also, But they have updated CIBIL as write up. Due to this I am not able to get home loan/ personal loan. regards, Lal
