[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — Arm Twisting tactics

I had to face lots of abuses and bullying by The Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card people for not paying their unjustified & illegal claims. They bent all the rules & guidelines of RBI wherein I had to lodge a complain with the police to stop the hooliganism by the bank. Unable to put me down they lodged a complain in the CIBIL showing a loan of more than 8 lakhs against my card and also writing it off. I fail to understand that why did not they lodge a legal suite against me to recover this huge amount if they had given it to me. Is it because their claim was baseless or unjustified?

My concern is, how true are the innumerable complains that have been lodged by these rogue institutions in CIBIL? CIBIL rates the customer's creditworthiness BUT who rates their authticity. Going by this way soon it will become a farce.
