[Resolved] Standard Chartered Credit Card — Harassment by recovery agents | |
I held a Standard Chartered credit card awhile ago which I closed 9-10 years back.Suddenly I start getting calls from the recovery agents, abusive calls also to my wife stating that i was a fraud and had to repay around 9and a half lacs.My credit limit had been Rs 25000.I had payed my outstanding bills but did not retain any records since I assumed that the matter was closed. Now like a bolt from the blue they say that I have outstandings and I have no papers to prove otherwise. Could anything be done about it ? Was this information helpful? | |

These three card nos reflecting on my name is on a zero balance but yet disturbing me for no reasons & not only also reflecting bajaj finance & could not book a plasma TV for my son on his birthday I as an aviation officer for Mumbai as kindly request you to take action on the falsely accused & resolve my problem to the earliest as it is a very old record I have no details of the same and no record but yes I am at zero balance if yes you please prove me the details but don’t falsely claim for me to take legal action on your credit card section and all involved to create problems
