Standardchartered Bank — Complaint-Credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding harassment of a consumer by standard chartered bank.
If you will go through my mail sent to bank in 2006,when I received statement from bank even after making all my payments, that time only I sent a mail that there is something wrong and please stop sending your statements, this is clearly mentioned in my mail that there is nothing due to me on this card and if there is any confusion bank people can speak to me directly but I never received any revert from bank even after my so many calls and mails.

Now after three years, on 29th December 2009 I received a call from bank that there is an outstanding around Rs.17,000/-on my card and if I will refuse to pay they will send my name in defaulter list and in CIBIL.I requested that there is nothing due there may be some wrong because, I have send my all my payment detail in excel sheet with complete detail, please refer to my mail but bank people are not ready to listen any thing.

I received call from the number[protected] a lady named Gurdeep.

Request you to please help me as bank people want to rob a consumer.

Thanks and regards,
Pramod Kumar

This is my second e-mail to you people. I hope this time I will get a positive response from your side.

Thanks & Regards.
Pramod Kumar.
