I've written the Bitcoin address in my profile settings. I even used bitcoin to convert to a gold member. I've already chosen Bitcoin for the payment method.

You told me to send a photo ID, but I have sent all the documents (form, scan IDs and address verification) to the star-clicks, but they do not agree. I have come to Tax office of our city several times, and they do not give tax verification or letter to real people. Tax verification gives guilds, businesses. Those members of start-clicks have received tax approvals are not a real person. I have asked some of them. If they wanted to close my account, why did they get documents?
That's reason, star-clicks wants to close my account, why? But I'm interested in working with this site. Please help me what to do?

We require Iranian members to verify their account due to limitations of transferring money to Iran. Please note you do not need to send us any document if you only use "Auto Payout". You need to provide us your ID only if you require to withdraw a large amount of money from your account using bank transfer.

I can see you are already chatting with my colleague regarding your account and you have been paid an auto payout to your Bitcoin. Please follow up through support page in your account.

I am working in this site for last two months as a gold user. The site payout is 50 $ but when i requested 54$ after 2 months they send email to my account for documents. It my request to send my dues otherwise i will close my account. It is not good for site reputation

I have contacted many times before requesting and my request is solved here by you.

Please note in order to work with your Star Clicks account it is not necessary to upgrade your account. You can use Silver membership and you still get paid. Please note the minimum auto payout amount is $10.
You can also use your Silver membership balance to upgrade your account.

They are giving me 4 adds per day which will take 12 months to reach 50 $. please send my money back so that i can close my account... i dont understand what is this why they my account what upgraded for first two times

waji0332...i'm having same problem ...suddenly my account upgrade is not available for your account...they aalow me to upgrade at the first place than when send email for the reason several time but no answer uif i ntil nw and my account in silver which they provide 4 to 3 ads and will take months to reach minimum withdrawal limit...if i ask for refund on upgrade previously also no reply ...it seems like cheating or scam...if star click admin read this words pls explain and hw to solve or get my refund.tq
