[Resolved]  State Bank Of Hyderabad — DEBIT CARD MONEY TO BE RECONCILED

On 26th July 2008, Under POS Transaction with CHANDANA BROTHERS, Visakhapatnam, I have given by SBH DEBIT Card for Payment. Payment was Rs.20, 000/-
The receipt was not generated and this shopping outlet did not receive the payment. But, to my astonishment the amount was withdrawn from my Bank account.
M/s. Chandana Brothers gave a letter to me that they have not received this payment.

I gave a compliant to the concerned branch of the bank (SBH P&SB Branch, BS Layout, Visakhapatnam) about two and half months ago. Till date, my amount was not reconciled to my account.

Please do the needful for getting my money back in my account.

I bring to your kind notice that, I went to S.B.I. ATM Centre, Habsiguda, Hyderabad on 26.10.2008 at about 8.00 PM to withdraw an amount of Rs. 4, 000/- (Rupees Four thousand only) through my SBH Debit Card No.[protected] reference 1st cited. To my surprise on the screen stating that “Your transaction is under process”. But I could not withdraw amount and no bank slip was received from the ATM System also.

Further, on the same day I went to ICICI ATM Centre at Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad at about 8.30 PM on 26.10.2008 to withdraw an amount of Rs. 4000/- through my SBH Debit Card, in that ATM Centre also I have faced the same problem stating the same reason. Therefore, I Could not get amount and slip also.

Again I went to SBH ATM Centre on 29.10.2008 at Ramanthapur to take mini statement. I found that wrongly debited an amount of Rs. 4, 020/- on 26.10.2008.

In this connection, I humbly request you sir, please verify the accounts and credit the amount of Rs. 4, 020/- to my account.

dear sir,
i would like inform to you that my sbi account is e.g.dt jagganapeta branch. my son was working in hyd.so he have the atm card himself. dt 16/02/2009 sum of 8000/ withdrew the sbh atm at hyd koti. but amount was not recived in my hand because of atm malfunction. i made a compliend for the both the banks breanch managers. but no results for thay end. so pleace do the needful. this for your information and take nessery action please.
