State Bank of India — After submission of all document home loan not sanctioned

I have applied home loan for purchase of new flat at State Bank of India Kanp, Saharsa,Bihar.Branch code no.-8152.I have submitted all the authentic paper but Mr. Koushal Kishour Jha Loan Section Officer RACPC office saharsa intentionally hashed me three month.After that our file is rejected and he says apko loan nahi milega. I am presently working at Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd, Mumbai.Posted at Muzaffarpur, Bihar. My present salary Rs 77000/- Month. I request you please investigate the matter and my file. Why i am not eligible for home loan from SBI. My loan file is presently at SBI Kanp Branch (Code -8152).
