[Resolved] State Bank of India - ATM Card — not providing atm card

This is krishna.i opened my account in sep last month.but upto now i didnt get my atm card.i applied more than five time.but they are not giving my atm card. i am 18 yrs old.when i asked the reasaon they told me that you are 18 years old.we cany provide atm card to you.then how they accepted my credentials when i was opening an account.they created my account if i am minor.but not proving atm card. i enquired in another branch of sbi.they told me that there is no problem about your age.there is no condition about age in terms and conditions of sbi atm.WHAT I HAVE TO DO I DONT KNOW TO GET MY ATM CARD.
