[Resolved]  State Bank of India / ATM Debit Card — Dispute Error

I have purchased Dress material in Chennai silks shop on 07th of December 2008 using SBI Debit card for Rs 1250, but the amount (Rs 1250) has been debited twice in my account. I have raised a ticket in online as well as i filled up the form regarding dispute error and submitted to Mr S.Balan SBI officer in person at Adyar Branch. But unfortunately till now there is no response from the bank and the amount is also not reverse back. It’s really a very bad experience which I m facing now.

Remarks Ticket No 325128, Ticket logged on 07-Dec-2008.Till now the ticket is not resolved and the amount is not reversed back in my account it’s really very bad there is no response for the ticket raised till now. Kindly look into the issue reverse back the money which is wrongly debited Twice.
