[Resolved] State Bank of India — false issue of insurance policy | |
Dear Sir, This is Pranay Sahu, my father Shri B C Sahu is having SBI credit card since 3-4 years, but since last year he is not using his credit card. Earlier this year he got a call from SBI credit telecaller for some insurance related scheme - Royal Sundaram Insurance policy. My father didnot approve policy but next month he received the Royal Sundaram Policy & premium amt. was deducted from his credit card. Since april this year i have send many mails to SBI but they have done nothing. As on date because of late payment interest etc. amt is around 5000. Kindly advice what can be done for above. SBI Credit Card — To close Insurance premium deduction and policy
Hi Sir , I am havving credit card Of SBI No [protected] .On this Card I am havving policy of genral insurance , I have no requirnment of this poliocy ,So please cancel this policy ,
I dont want to issue cheaque of 50 rs /month .
So kindly cancele it
