I am not getting any feed back about how to redeem my 2600 reward points
which are going to expired on 30 Sep 14. Can you please guide me on this

there is no way we can redeem our reward point and month on month our reward ponts are getting lapsed . Is this the kind of service we expect from our biggest psu bank

In fact most of the Companies & Banks including SBI are not open and plain in their dealings. No where in the SBI Card they mention about the procedure for redeeming the Reward Points. If we call their Customer Service we will get only voice message. For any offer, if it is beneficial to them, they call us from one number and record our statements and when we have second thoughts we cannot call them back.We will get the message 'check the number you have dialled' or 'the number does not exist' Almost all the companies and Banks indulge in this kind of sharp practice. I am using this phrase because cheating is a stronger word. If we pursue doggedly then they oblige. They make it not easy for the customers to approach them. Like in mythological stories we have to overcome a lot of hurdles to reach them. They do it intentionally with a view to saving their money.

1. call the number (only when ur leisure)
2. wait for 30 min (i[censored]r lucky)
3. tell them to redeem your rewards
4. give the feed back which u wish to give

WHAT IS THIS REWARD POINTS FOR 444? kindly explain about this in state bank website or boards in all state bank s and all its branches!!!
