State Bank of India — my sbi atm card is locked how can i open

hi sir this is D.rajeswar rao from nidadavole(west godavari district) from andhra pradesh my branch code is 1437. i lost my atm card on 19/11/2009 at 12:15pm my card number is[protected]) immediately i called to customer care centre and i blocked the card they gave the ticket number that is ([protected]) on the next i found the lost card so i want to unlock the atm card immediately i called to the customer care centre they told to write a written request to the branch manager i wrote a request to the branch manager they send fax to atm switch center on 21/11/2009 till now the card is not working but they are not responding so i request you to activate the atm card immediately.
