[Resolved] State Bank of India — Non Delvery of DD ordered online

I applied for a Demand draft for Rs 200.00 through Internet banking of SBI with INB Reference Number ID00066688 on 19.4.09. from my account Number[protected]. The DD was supposed to be delivered to my registered address within 5 working days. DD was not delivered till 29.4.09. I visited the Branch on 29.4.09 and contacted the concerned officials. Even after searching for over an hour the staff had no clue of the DD. The DD was later located at the personal efforts of the Grahak Mitra, Sh Pravin Makkar. If this is the state of efficiency of Internet Banking of SBI, the so called Beast Bank, I wonder why should we resort to Internet Banking. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
