[Resolved] State Bank of India — ILL TREATMENT FROM BANK | |
My name is Harish W. Koranne. I am a regular customer of SBI.I have taken an education loan of ammount Rs.2, 92, 000, from SBI in 2003 and repaying EMI on regular basis without any single miss. Now I am left with approx Rs.80, 000 to repay back which I will pay as per schedule. In addition to this, I got an appreciation from SBI for my on time payment and also they are giving me a discount of 1% on my interest as per my discussion with them. Now after all this background, last saturday i.e. on 22 august 09, I have got calls from bank for loan payments and also it is told to me that I have not paid my EMI for last 4 months. In addition to this, Bank has said people to my home in Amravati for loan recovery which is very disturbing for my parents. My parents imediately rushed to Amravati from Pune to solve this mis understanding and went to bank but they have been given very ill and bad treatment by SBI Bank Manager ( Mr. Borkar) due to which they have been disturbing, My parents are old, due to this episode they are very much disturbed and shocked. I want to protest this ill treatment from Bank and want to restore comfort of my parent and me . I need helping hand from Consumer court on this issue. Tsir respected you & like to withdraw attention towrads the branch manger & staffs of SBI kankinara branch code 1883 in west bengal they do not work properly and any information they can't gave it . I have a joint account in branch with my mother and i and wanted to added my wife name also.
but they don't do and always says to open new account but i have done ECS in LICI with my account. so requeted you see as possible if you understand my matter

indian — Treating ill by the Manager
I went to Maraimalai Nagar Branch Indian Bank to collect the ATM Card. The Manager Mr. Selvaraj, Manager behaves very bad. He don't know how to behave to the Bank Customers. The way of talking is nonsense. I don't know why this type of man are appointing to this post. I kindly request please take necessary action. Keep enquiry to that person.He must talk politely to the customers.
