[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Not started family pension to my mother

My dad was a Retd Officer in Indian Air Force and passed away on 28 nov 2008. He was holding pension accnt no : [protected] in SBI, Singanallur, Coimbatore.

Its been almost 10months now and though all documents have been given, the pension has not been activated on my Mom pension accnt : [protected].

It is really shame on CPCC parts to trouble aged citizens and failure on SBI to take necessary action to expedite the process.

Such organization like CPCC must be closed and banned from future operations on such grounds.
