State Bank of India — Without giving money from ATM my account was debited

On September 7, 2009 when I tried to withdraw cash from the ATM installed at Tilak Nagar Branch of the SBI, the ATM didn't give out any cash. I even got a slip mentioning "sorry unable to process". However, to my horror, the subsequent slip taken from another ATM kept in the same place, showed that my account has been debited by Rs.15,000/-. I have already given a complaint at the Bank. i have my account in union bank of india (gezing branch, sikkim, a/c no. [protected]) on 16 oct 2009 i withdrew Rs 15000 from a sbi atm ( deorali branch, gangtok, sikkim) but the atm dint had enough cash..so i entered Rs 10, 000...a message appeared that the process has been time out...i again entered Rs 10000..i recieved Rs 10, 000 this time...but in return Rs 20, 000 was debited from my account...i contacted sbi branch manager...but got no response in this regard...

recently i withdraw 40000 from my sbi debit account but during a transcation i didn't get rs 25000 but got it debited from my account.
