[Resolved] State Bank of India — Wrong Data submitted to CIBIL | |
Dear Sir, I had surrendered my credit card way back in 2003 and specifically requested for not renewal of fees. Although the card was surrendered before the due-date, my account is still not closed by SBI Credit Card. Moreover, SBI has shared the date to CIBIL which is creating lot of inconvenience on my credit rating. There was no transaction done on this care after surrendering the card. SBI Card — Re; continuous harrasment from the call center about credi card which i don't own
I am not holding any credit card of SBI or any other bank but the call center executives are continuousely harassing me regarding the card owned by a person named Rajendra Taori, having card number xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0405. please help me regarding that. My number is [protected].
