Dear Sir, I had tried to withdraw money through ATM card issued by your bank on[protected] from ATM situated at Saharanpur Road, Dehra Dun , unfortunately ATM slip shows "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" but my Saving Account No.[protected] with SBI Tel Bhavan has been debited with Rs.15,000/=. It s requested to kindly reverse the same and credit my account with Rs.15,000/= at the earliest, as you are aware the festive month has been started and money is required.
