I have paid challn in sbi wadhwan darbargarh branch for open my social science paper in gseb but in gseb site the challn is not paid .so sir what i do?

i payed Rs. 387.65 for UPSESSB-TGT-2016 against registration no. UP[protected] on date[protected], time 12:31PM. But I am not get my transaction ID/Journal No. What is my Transaction ID/Journal No. My Mobile No. is [protected].

I paid Group BTC exam fee in UTTAR PRADESH & got the journel no. DU68564769. but in application it showing wrong journal number. when i enquired about same thing in SBI, CHHIBRAMAU branch they also showing same no. Pls help me
