State Bank of India — INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK ATM PROBLEM

this incident took place on august 10,2009. when banks are in strike. we urgently needed 20000 thousand rupees.most of the bank atm machine doesn't had money.so i planned to take money as much as money in each atm(like 5000 in coroporation bank,10000 in indian overseas bank).i tried to take 10000 rupees in indian overseas bank(problem in atm machine).it doesn't reject by saying not enougn money instead it asks for enter lower amount.so i tried 5000.some how i got 20000 rupees but the total money deducted is 30000(i come to know from mini-bank statement).yes, extra 10000 rupees has been deducted.next day i reported to indian overseas bank(because i never tried 10000 rupees in other banks-only 5000 rupees i tried).i was using STATE BANK OF INDIA(krishnagiri) atm card. so they asked me to contact STATE BANK OF INDIA(krishnagiri) people.they promised me to solve the problem within one month.not yet solution found.
