[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Non receipt of cash from your Yes bank ATM situated at Noida Sec-18

Subject :-Non receipt of cash from your Yes bank ATM situated at Noida Sec-18.

Respected Sir,

On 6/12/2009 I operated Yes bank ATM to withdraw an amount of Rs 5000/-
but I am sorry to mention that though the Amt Rs 5000/- was debited from my account by the money never came out of the machine. I tired to contact the Yes bank office at the numbers given at the ATM premises but of no use since no body picked the phone.

This is also to bring to your kind notice that no attendant and security guard was present at that time at Yes Bank Noida Sec-18 ATM. I am enclosing herewith photocopy of mini statement of my bank SBI showing the amount debited from my account.

Since few other customer had withdrew money from the same machine. I again tried to withdraw Rs 3000/- for the money and I received the amount.

Keeping in view the above fact .It is humbly requested to kindly refund the amount to my account
