Sir, I am serving in Indian Navy (Indian Armed Forces). I have got a salary account in State Bank of India at their Naval Base, Vishakhapatnam branch (A/c No. [protected]). I am approaching Branch Manager (Mr. N K Choudhary) for the last two months for personal loans but every time he give excuses. And now he is saying "loan is not your right".
